Invertops is built so customer operational data and AI processing run in the customer's environment. This policy describes how Invertops, Inc. (“Invertops,” “we,” “us”) handles information on our website, during sales and support, and in connection with our services.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Invertops collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit invertops.com, contact us, evaluate our product, or use Invertops services as a customer or authorized user.

“Service” means our website, private back-office AI platform, and related support. “Customer” means a business that contracts for Invertops; “you” may be a visitor, prospect, or authorized user of a Customer account.

1. Personal data we collect

A. Personal data you provide to us directly

  • Account and contact information. Name, work email, phone number, company name, role, and messages you send through demo requests, support, or careers inquiries.
  • Billing information. If you purchase services, payment details are processed by our payment providers. We receive billing contact information and transaction metadata—not full card numbers stored by us.
  • Feedback. Survey responses, product feedback, and communications with our team.

B. Personal data we collect automatically

  • Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics on our marketing site as configured.
  • Cookies. We may use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

C. Customer operational data

When Customers deploy Invertops, operational data—such as job records, dispatch information, invoices, and customer lists—typically remains in the Customer's environment (on-premises or their cloud). Processing boundaries are defined in the Customer agreement. This marketing policy does not replace Customer-specific data processing terms.

2. How we use personal data

We use personal data to provide and improve the Service, respond to inquiries, send product and security communications, process transactions, comply with law, and protect Invertops and our users.

  • We do not. use Customer operational data from private deployments to train shared models for other customers, or sell personal data.

3. How we share personal data

We share personal data with service providers that help us operate our business—such as hosting, analytics, email, and payment processing—under contracts that limit their use. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention for Customer operational data in private deployments is controlled by the Customer and their agreement with us.

5. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise rights, contact us at the address below. We may verify your request before responding.

7. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.
