Product Designer

Invertops is the surface owners open every morning. Your job is to make dense operational information—jobs, margins, approvals—feel calm and decidable in seconds.
You'll own flows end to end, from the approval queue latency budget to the dispatch board, in close partnership with engineering.
What you'll do
- Design the approval queue: ranked, self-contained items an owner can clear in minutes.
- Shape dispatch, billing, and inventory views that are information-dense but never noisy.
- Build and maintain the design system that keeps a fast-moving product coherent.
- Prototype with real data and pressure-test designs against how the field actually works.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years designing complex, data-heavy product UIs (not just marketing pages).
- A portfolio showing information design and workflow tools, ideally B2B or operational software.
- Fluency in a modern design tool and comfortable collaborating in code-adjacent workflows.
- Strong opinions about clarity, density, and restraint.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for operators, dispatchers, or field teams.
- Familiarity with Tailwind or component-driven front-end systems.
