Deployment & Operations Lead

As deployment and operations lead, you'll own the repeatable playbook that gets Invertops running inside a customer's environment—fast, secure, and auditable every time.
This role turns one-off installs into a standardized process, so the ~80% core deploys the same way while the bespoke ~20% is well-scoped.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end deployment playbook for on-prem and customer VPC installs.
- Run provisioning, security review, and training with each new customer.
- Standardize repeatable steps and automate them alongside engineering.
- Maintain the audit and compliance artifacts customers need to say yes.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in deployment, implementation, or infrastructure/DevOps roles.
- Hands-on with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and/or on-prem provisioning.
- Process-minded—you turn chaos into a checklist without losing rigor.
- Based in or willing to work from Austin, with travel to customer sites.
Nice to have
- Experience with security reviews, SSO/SCIM, and IaC (Terraform).
- Background deploying software into regulated or private environments.
