Customer success at Invertops is about turning a deployment into a daily habit. The product only wins when owners open it every morning and trust the approval loop.

You'll own adoption and outcomes, working closely with owners to make the automation measurably reclaim back-office hours.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new customers onto the daily approval loop and core workflows.
  • Track adoption and outcomes; intervene early when usage stalls.
  • Be the customer's advocate internally and surface friction to product and engineering.
  • Drive renewals and expansion by proving reclaimed time and margin.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or implementation for B2B software.
  • Strong relationship skills with non-technical, busy operators.
  • Data-literate—you can read an adoption dashboard and act on it.
  • Comfortable owning renewal and expansion conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with operational or field-service software.
  • Background working with small-business owners.
